Ore Grade Elevator ( magnetic separation column , elutriation magnetic separator)
Uses and Characteristics:
Eliminate magnetic and nonmagnetic impurities, improve irons grade by 2%-11%, supposed the grade does not change, it can increase the raw ore capacity. Decrease the content of impurities, such as Si, S, P, etc. in the concentration.
It demagnetizes ore powder by harmonic wave, and then, supply electric excitation by direct-current cabinet. Feeding recycles in the magnetic separation column. The magnetic field force moving from up to down orderly pulls polymerization magnetic chain. High-grade concentration is discharged from its bottom cone opening. The particles and gangue are pushed to do up by the spiral rising water stream from the bottom, lastly, spill from the tailing spilling cabinet.
The limit speed of rising stream is 2-6 cm/s, easy structure, no-operation components, low electricity consumption(0.1- 0.2Wh/t), big up-grade margin by 2%-11%.
