Numerical CNC high-frequency vibration screen
On the principle of electromagnetic vibration, the screen surface vibrates but the whole screen box does not, small vibration amplitude, low power consumption.
The screen surface is made up of three sifting nets, the upper net is double-layer composite steel net for screening, the lower steel-core polyurethane net connects vibration arm.
Used for fine materials’ classification, dehydration, desliming etc. It is widely applied to beneficiation, coal, construction materials, chemicals and so on.
Strong vibration (8-10 times gravity acceleration), its screening rate is higher than ordinary screens’ by about 10%-50%, high screen frequency, strong processing capacity.
